About us:
Till now it’s only me (Jan) and my wife Tomoko and our daughter Yuna Cleopatra, I'm from Germany (Dresden) Tomoko is from Japan (Niigata) and Cleopatra is also born in Niigata but is 49% German and 51% Japanese, because she usually stay with us in Japan. I and Tomoko met in December 2003 in Egypt (Dahab) where I was working and Tomoko was traveling around in Africa, since that Time we only visited each other a few times but enough to keep the Love alive all the other times we kept contact by writing E-mails and letters. Till I decided to come to Japan with a "Working Holiday Visa", that was the point when we moved to a new life together, I arrived in Tokyo in June 2006, till this day I heard many crazy things about the way we had chosen to stay in touch so long without meeting each other more than once a year. Finally we moved to beautiful Okinawa and life now in Onna where is a nice place to live and to Scuba-Dive. We think Okinawa is one of the best places in Japan because of the environment which is made from beautiful tropical beaches, plants and an amazing underwater landscape. All that makes you feel like you escaped from the busy and boring life at the big city we been living and working in.
